Ace Beaming Sun & DJ Panda

Our usual Saturday night event was moved to Sunday this week. Pi Ning was tired from his trip back to the island from his hometown in Suratthani. Also, there were very heavy rains for much of Saturday, making it hard for most people to move around. Sunday was rainy too, to some degree, but the rain stopped around 7pm, at which time we made our way to Rasta Chill Bar next door and had an evening of reggae, African music, hints of world music, and good vibrations.

DJ Panda made her four-legged premiere Sunday night. The new DJ showed signs of great excitement as she pawed the decks and spun doggae, a new genre apparently. Big thanks to Pi Ning and Haruna for the photos! And special thanks to DJ Panda for being the guest DJ!
